Make use of your velocity and agility advantage by using two webs so you can make distance to other battleships,
for example megathrons/hypes/other tempests. Will also make short work of any nanohac that ventures too close 
(dual web + heavy neut), and the med nos will allow you nab some easy cap off others, provided you manage your own
carefully.  It has a decent tank and loads of HP, but lacks in DPS due to the general suckyness of large 
projectile weapons. That's why it's critical to exploit the very few advantages it has (see above), and for 
example fitting faction  webs to get a little more range out of them will help greatly in outmanouvering other 
battleships.
